This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the details you hand us when you book a station at RESPAWN BASE PC CLUB. We keep the practice as small as the hall is large: collect only what a booking needs, hold it briefly, and share it with nobody.
What we collect
When you use the booking form we record the name you type, your email address, the date you want to visit, the sector you pick and the length of your block. That is the whole list. We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or anything about your device. If you email us directly, we keep that message so we can reply.
Why we hold it
The details exist for one reason: to have your seat lit and ready when you arrive, and to reach you if something about your session changes. We do not build profiles, we do not score visitors, and we do not use your booking to guess at anything beyond the night you asked for.
Who sees it
Only the admins on shift and the desk that manages the floor plan. We do not sell, rent or trade booking details, and we do not pass them to advertisers. The booking record lives on our own systems, written to a plain log the front desk reads to seat you.
How long we keep it
We clear old booking records on a rolling basis once the visit has passed and there is no open question about it. If you want your details removed sooner, email the desk and we will delete the record. There is no long archive; a hall this busy has no reason to hoard old slips.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it — reach the desk by the email you booked with. The site itself sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics; the only outside resource is the web font used for headings. Changes to this notice will appear on this page.
Your rights under data-protection law
This club operates in Poland, so the personal details you share are handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych). You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, to correct or erase them, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a portable form. We process your booking data to take steps at your request and to run the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
