Shipping information
Nothing here gets posted in a box. RESPAWN BASE sells time on a station in one hall in Gdynia, so "delivery" means how your booking and any prepaid pass reach you — all of it digital, all of it instant.
No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship hardware, and there is no courier, tracking number or postage to worry about. What you buy is access to a seat, redeemed on the floor at ul. Świętojańska 45.
Your booking confirmation
When you send the booking form we email a confirmation to the address you gave — the sector, the date and the block you chose. It usually lands within a few minutes. If it does not, check the spam folder and then call the desk; the seat is held either way once the form goes through.
Prepaid passes
A prepaid bundle of hours is issued as a code tied to your name and email, delivered the same way — by email, right after purchase. Nothing needs to arrive in the post before you can play; quote the code or your name at the desk and we load it onto your session.
If something does not arrive
Missing confirmation, wrong date, code that will not load — tell the desk at +48 601 482 910 and we sort it on the spot. Because it is all digital, there is nothing to reship; we just resend or correct the record.
